HIMNA REPUBLIKE BOSNE I HERCEGOVINE

Pristanak na bilo kakvu drugu himnu, grb i zastavu osim zadnje legalne himne, grba i zastave napadnute 1992. znaci pristanak da se agresija i genocid uvijek mogu koristiti kao sredstvo ''diskusije'' sa nama. Zbog toga je odbacivanje dejtonske zastave, graba i himne, kao i insistiranje na Republici BiH umjesto dejtonske tzv. republike srpske uslov ocuvanja mira i uslov opstanka Bosnjaka

ORIGINAL FOLK SONG

The music of the National Anthem is based on that of an old folk-song called 'S one strane Plive' (On the other Side of the River Pliva), also mentioned as "S onu stranu Jajca".

Last year the Bosnian Government held a contest for lyricists to write the anthem's text on the basis of this melody, which was won by the singer of the Sarajevan popgroup 'Merlin'.

The original song 'S one strane Plive' text is as follows :

Po njoj pasu ovce,
cuvalo ih momce.

Momce tuzno place,
jos tuznije jeci.
Svaka tudja zemlja
